Part of an absurd Dem / Repub Criminal Process. What was the necessity, the reason, OR the flimsy excuse which Florida Judge N. Sanders Sauls used to order ballots from Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade to be moved up to Tallahassee, Florida �in Leon County which is eight hours away? This sudden ruling mandated a Convoy � a convoy of a Rider truck, armed cars, etc. to roll down the highway � followed above by TV helicopters. Appropriately, many talk shows parodied the turn of events by running a split screen --- the Ballot Convoy on one side of the screen, OJ�s famed white Bronco chase on the other side of the split screen. I see this particular ruling as part of the �keep all ballots at all times away from the average man syndrome.� Just a day or so earlier, another a Judge had ruled that Larry Klayman�s Judicial Watch could view and inspect the ballots under a Florida law which gives citizens the RIGHT to inspect ballots. (Dan Gutenkauf of Arizona has uncovered many similar laws that are on the side of the people. The problem has been that citizens are not invoking their rights, thus giving the Election Thieves and their agents and underlings a free hand to keep elections out of the light of day.) The next move? BOTH Bush AND Gore RUSH into court to try and get the ballots out of Klayman�s volunteers view! Bush are trying in court to prevent Judicial Watch from counting disputed ballots from the presidential election in Palm Beach. Judicial Watch began examining the disputed ballots at 10:00 am today. Circuit Court Judge Jorge LaBarga ordered Palm Beach to give access to Judicial Watch under Florida state law, which allows citizens to inspect ballots. Johnson Lambert & Co., a public accounting firm with expertise both in counting ballots and in fraud, will help oversee the Judicial Watch effort. Gore is seeking to deny Judicial Watch volunteers access to over 3,300 ballots that the Gore forces believe are in dispute. Gore is seeking to remove the 3,300 disputed ballots to Leon County, where they are in court contesting aspects of the Florida presidential election. Gore does not object to Judicial Watch examining any of the other ballots in Palm Beach. (Under Florida state law, Judicial Watch will not be able to touch ballots, but merely examine them.) George W. Bush is also seeking to prevent Judicial Watch access to the ballots at this time. �Our examination is continuing as scheduled in Palm Beach. The fact that both Gore and Bush are trying to stop us shows Judicial Watch must be doing something right. What are Al Gore and George W. Bush afraid of? Our examination is non-partisan, independent and under the guidance of a certified public accounting firm. As soon as Judicial Watch volunteers actually started looking at ballots, BOTH Bush and Gore went into action under different pretexts to stop access to the ballots. Perhaps Larry Klayman�s article on Newsmax, �What a Mess� � provides all the clues we need to figure out why the two institutions (The Democratic and Republican Parties ) who have enforced the criminal, anti-freedom �election� systems we now have in place � don�t want ANY independent ballot inspection. Let�s take a look at what Klayman said on Newsmax.com. Here begins the Chris Ruddy column of November 29th entitled: �Klayman: What A Mess.� "What a mess," Larry Klayman, chairman of Judicial Watch, said after a day of reviewing thousands of ballots here in West Palm Beach. Klayman�s public interest law firm has taken the baton and begun its own independent account of the Palm Beach vote. Florida judge Jorge Labarga ordered Palm Beach county officials to open up the ballots for Judicial Watch�s inspection this past Monday. Election officials stymied Judicial Watch, but allowed the group on Tuesday to begin reviewing the ballots. On Wednesday morning, Klayman returned to Labarga and asked the judge to hold the elections office in contempt for failing to allow his timely recount, and to waive undue expenses. Palm Beach is attempting to assess Klayman $1,152 an hour to do his recount. Judicial Watch hired the Washington-based auditing firm of Johnson Lambert & Co. to review the counts. Johnson Lambert specializes in vote fraud. After Tuesday�s count, Klayman joined NewsMax.com at its headquarters for an exclusive interview. He detailed massive irregularities in the count. Klayman�s auditors have only reviewed a few thousand of the ballots, focusing their efforts on the disputed ballots that had been set aside by the canvassing board in its final recount. These ballots were not included in the final count, because they had a single dimple for president. The canvassing board only accepted ballots with multiple dimples. The Gore campaign is anxious to have these votes included. It believes it will have a net gain of 840 votes for Gore if these are included. Klayman has not done a recount of these, but he said he observed a "lot of Gore votes. They have very discernible impressions, or dimples," he said. "But it may be impossible to find out what really happened in the vote," Klayman said, expressing shock at the condition of the ballots. "These things look like they have been in World War II." According to his independent auditors, Klayman said ballots reviewed so far show four areas of irregularities and possible fraud: The hand counts do not reconcile with the machine counts. Election officials used "pink ballots" � replacement ballots for paper ballots they said were destroyed by the machine. This allowed officials to fill out the ballots for the destroyed ballots. The canvassing board had no clear methodology when conducting the recount. Record keeping was so bad there is no record of who the canvassing committee awarded votes to from each of the questionable ballots. Klayman said his organization plans to continue its efforts to identify vote fraud even if the Electoral College meets and declares a winner. "We believe the American people need to know what happened here, and if vote fraud occurred, we need to hold those involved accountable," he said. PINK (!!!) ballots used to replaced �destroyed� ballots � punched by election officials instead of voters � WHAT OBVIOUS FRAUD! First of all, there is no reason in the world that these ballots are beat up at all. Remember MSNBC�s Forrest Sawyer�s testimony on national TV --- holding up a punch card ballot � that he had carried one around for four or five days beating it all up, and it was in solid condition without any chad �even thinking� about falling out, according to Sawyer. MSNBC�s Brian Williams testified in so many words to the same reality. Klayman�s initiative has underscored our Network America contention that the ballots now in play are not the same ballots punched by the voters. While it is now known that high speed key punch machines could recreate REPLACEMENT BALLOTS for an entire county in a few hours � it is still not clear why the ballots in play are so darn fragile and beat up. Nor does any of the �lamestream� press � (to borrow a phrase from Honest Election Crusader Grant Noble of Illinois) � have the least bit of curiosity as to WHY the ballots are in such condition. The key thing to keep in mind is this: everywhere and always since 1973, EVERY Republican local party and EVERY Democratic local party have fought like hades to keep ALL regular voters and citizens from getting anywhere near any ballots. Thus, Americans have been treated like slaves, serfs, third world victims, and morons by our RULERS in these two major party establishments. The whole current �election� system is so fraught with officially sanctioned criminality that it is impossible to know how many levels of fraud, vote distortion, computer rigging and ballot switching � have taken place. WHENEVER YOU REMOVE THE BALLOTS FROM THE SIGHT OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD PRECINCT PEOPLE before they are publicly counted with the results posted � the chain of evidence is broken! That�s why Canada has a law than any ballots taken out of the public view of the neighborhood election officials are thereby invalidated. Which brings us back to this absurd convoy. Do you realize that by the correct Canadian standard (once the American standard) of keeping an election TRANSPARENT to public view, of always keeping the ballots in public view so that criminals could not switch them � means that once these hundreds of thousands of ballots were loaded into the rented Rider truck and locked � that every one of them would thereby be disqualified in Canada and in the old USA? And that�s as it should be. I want to close this e-wire by emphasizing that for 27 years, once a computerized or machine system was installed in a county -- EVERY local county Republican and Democratic party in such counties has been protecting these crooked computerized and machine voting systems (which take the ballots, if any, out of public view as a MATTER OF POLICY!); EVERY STATE REPUBLICAN and DEMOCRATIC Party, all the Secretaries of State, and the National Committees of both these major parties have protected the easily rigged, NON-TRANSPARENT vote �counting� systems. Neither side, in my judgement, cares a whit who actually won the election. Both sides are cutting deals and trying to file clever lawsuits that will strong arm themselves into the White House. In my judgement, Bush actually beat the insufferable Gore by 10 points or more before the contrived �too close to call� computerized count was engineered for reasons we will detail soon. And Bush will be in the White House as the Ruling Elite is slowly but surely quelling the rebellion on the hardcore Democratic left to upset the Ruling Elite game plan.
