I think there are good and intelligent people on both sides of this
election. We are all being cheated! Looks like the Gore/Daley crowd will
prevail Chicago-style (yeah, we heard you, Bill, and are still laughing at
your defense of the integrity of Chicago elections) But if Bush wins, it
will be the Bush/CIA crowd to the liberals. "We" have lost because "they"
have succeeded in truly dividing us. Each side sees the other as evil and
as people who will stop at nothing to win, cheaters, thieves and liars at
best. So what are we being set up for with all this? Something BIG you can
bet. Columbia? Israel? The more chaotic it becomes in Florida, the more I
am looking around trying to see what this is a distraction away from so we
will not notice until it is too late.
Remember, you only have to be right one time for being paranoid to be
justified. Sure, I want the conservatives to win--that is how we are all
supposed to feel about "our candidate" or at least one of the two still
scratching out each other's eyes. We are brainwashed to feel this way. But
when the "election" passes, it will not make much difference in our daily
lives which crowd is "in power" because basically the same things will
happen. They are showing us, in living color, great details of examples of
unfair counting, etc. to deliberately enrage and incite--but for what
purpose? Surely it is something major to warrant this major production.
Since neither side will have more than about a 40% support base of the
voters, is there going to be some event soon after Jan 20 to "unite" us
behind whomever is sworn into office? A war? An attack? Epidemic? Or is
this truly just the way that many votes being cast turned out--almost
exactly even? I suppose only time will tell. But I do know this--WE are
not the problem and WE will not win either way. I find it scary to
contemplate a major "surprise" with us all at each other's throats.
