But did you know that the Clinton administration is also paying for American mercenaries to whip the Colombian army into shape for counter-insurgency warfare? According to the AP Dec. 3, �a high-level group of former U.S. military personnel� has been rented from an Alexandria, Va.-based private company named Military Professional Resources Inc. for $6 million.
