Listers:

It has been awhile since I last wrote you...or the lists...but I am hanging
in...and lately I have found and written up some new victim remedies...for
you...everything is always worth trying, realize...if you are being
victimized...so here are some new ideas via my own experience:

REMEDIES:

CLUTTER...For those being used in the CIA-creature accessing system...try
spreading tons of crinkled up newspaper or butcher paper...(if you have white
rugs as I do..then use a thick no-type butcher paper...)...around victims on
the floor...USE a lot of this...like 4-6 feet from victim...even cover your
feet in it...back it up, even underneath chairs...also do same for underneath
beds...or put suitcases under beds...put solid things in 'em. Victims may
want to purchase day beds with trundles underneath..this would do also same
remedy.

As for the paper clutter/ruffage...use a large plastic garbage bag to put all
the paper in...when you leave apt or feel like cleaning things up a
bit...these "elements" have to negotiate the paper story...like
rubble/clutter or stuff..all about. The more stuff, the higher it is..the
harder it is for pimps to run this system on them. My apt is very neat,
clean...I spend a lot of time on this..so I hate to look at this stuff..but
this remedy can be very helpful.

Secondly..victims should use combination locks on apts...even outside apt
doors..if possible. They can do this by putting in huge (1") large eye
hooks...on each side of door..then if they use a "a combo lock," (these are
available in USA...the better ones are "Masters" locks...found at better
hardware stores...they have a combo lock inside which the owner can re-set to
different combinations), they can control the flow of traffic into and out of
their apt much more readily. Victims need to reset the combo on the
lock...regularly...like once a week or more...keep resetting it...and it is
not a bad idea to put a camera over the opening door to their apartment as
well....this helps a great deal to keep perps out. No other locking system I
know of works this well...none. I have used this system the past two years
with good results.

Then, buy cabinets with locks on them in apts...like buffets which lock..and
liquour cabinets which lock...lock up things you need to keep safe in them
every single time you leave apt. This can include computers...laptops can be
locked up...I now have about 4 keys to locking cabinets in my apt..and I keep
the keys in different places or with me in purse..this really has helped to
reduce substantially the traffic coming and going from my apt...it has been
very valuable.

About the "clutter-paper" solution...victims may need to keep playing with
papers...move them around..rearrange em...pick them up, put them back
down...till these things abate..can take a while to get em to get out of your
territory...they get tired of running around the things...and they seem to
stop the problems...after a while.

OTHER REMEDIES........MC victims should try using oil lamps (Vermont Country
Store...800 #..mail order has 2 pretty ones...each $50..one solid
brass...other tall pressed glass) or cheaper lamps can be purchased at any
hardware store (range $10 - $15)......these problem perps hate fire and
lighters and smoke. Keep bottom part of the oil lamp in locked
cabinets...when you are gone from apt...get furniture with locks on
it...everywhere in apts. Use incense, find the most rotten stuff
possilbe....amazing how this can chase problems off ceilings...for a while.
I use sage...Native American sage (can be found on the Net, under "Native
American sage")...this is awful smelling...and it is a temporary
solution...but using any incense helps.. because they hate smoke. Talk to
the Haitians who are selling incense in your community about what is the
nastiest incense they have for sale. Try it. In Manhattan they are selling
this stuff all the time...on streets.

It has been awhile since we have touched bases...I am still OK...would like
to hear from any of you on the lists...I hope the MCF stays UP...never
down...let's keep the dedication to this cause real. I just opened up a
non-profit human rights org...it will take me sometime to get the URL up,
tho...I am working on it...so be in touch until then...

My best, Judith

Rogues: Yes, you are correct of course, but that is the dictionary
definition and I was talking about a newer one.

   Dictionary:

beggar, tramp, scamp, cheat, vagabond, scoundrel, mischievous person,

   or
animal that is fierce and separated from herd,

   or
   (get this one!)
"in biology, an individual varying markedly from the standard, especially
an inferior one."

There is also a verb, to rogue, which means
to destroy non-standard plants etc as above, as biological "rogues".

It wasn't till I looked up the dictionary that I started to see the possible
reason for this label on the "type of intel officer doing clandestine work
using his intel facilities, to suit a vested interest group" meaning that I
mentioned before.

Aha! Maybe that is the point. The sorting out of people who are going to
obstruct their takeover of power, and removing them by various methods.
