both Mexico and Canada enforcement forward, through the tripartite CEC,
NAFTA's environmental arm, based in Montreal.
Bush record on environmental enforcement in Texas is very weak to abysmal -
eg Houston air quality. Toxic dumps near schools etc. Bush is a hypocrite
at best; a puppet of CIA mind control at worst. Any questions?
