As most who are readers of this list know
I do not fall under the umbrella of the conspiracy
thinkers, or rather governmental conspiracy. I adhere
to the theory of perhaps a conspiracy of the incompe-
tent, and common sadist and criminal hustlers with toys.
And of course the 'good guys' who find out about the above
group, but for reasons of 'social control' don't want to
publicly 'let the cat out of the bag'
I don't believe that a scanner hooked to an airplane can pick up
my individual brainwaves and read them, and know I am thinking about
the book I read last night. Nope. But If you want to believe that
its OK. I am certain you can find numerous citations and links
on the internet that will support your belief, along with time travel
et al, again that's OK.
I believe the groundwork for most of the MC harassment/conditioning
effect takes place at night while you are sleeping. Here in this state
you are conditioned via the centuries old no tech method of lucid dreaming.,
AND the sound(delivery mechanism) is audible and recordable with ONLY
a minimum of difficulty. There are also other physical techniques that
accompany the acoustic, and their purpose is to induce stress in
the sleeping subject.
I also say the 'voice to skull' , microwave hearing', et all effects
spoken in this forum and others do not work on a sleeping person.
I don't have to offer a citation on this point because quite honestly the
citations offered on the effects on a wide awake person are weak at best.
Yes there is Persinger, but doesn't he really point more to the ability to
effect temperment?
In terms of messaging the acoustic side of the argument is much stronger,
BUT even here, when we talk about the effects on a SLEEPING person via the
skin as a piezo electric surface, and bone conduction we again have a weak
position. (This relates to sound the ear will not pick up.)

I also believe there have been lawsuits on the very matters we discuss
on this list. But the filing attorney not being a prototypical
'Red Coat Marching In The Forest' does not list any of this in the paper
filing, but rather brings it out in the deposition process; then the case is
quickly
and quietly settled.
The point I am getting to is the easiest part to parse and document of
the MC
Effect are these after hours harassment/conditioning methodologies. Tthese
methods are being used by cults who target new followers, in group homes
for the mentally, emotionally and geriatrically(seniors) challenged
where the complaints of the victims are dismissed because they already
labeled
crazy, emotionally distrubed or senile. As well sick sadistic control freak
types
who have discovered a new way to harass or control. as well make sexual
contact
and abuse. .
And finally I say out of this 'Whole MC Mess' this is the area easiest to
produce
'hard evidence.' Of course not the type accepted by, 'The Serious MC
Researchers'
but the type accepted by the general public at large.
