Following is what we believe to be a wonderful way for you, President
Bush, and for Congress to begin the new year and our new Administration.
All Executive Orders fraudulently placed upon the shoulders of America
must be rescinded, and the restoration of our Constitutional Republic thus
assured.
The balance of powers under which this nation was designed to thrive has
been thrown in the dust heap for far too long! It must be retrieved,
cleansed of all encumberments, and restored to its rightful position! Let
the Executive Branch do that which the Constitution mandates; no more,
and no less! Allow all legislation to be accomplished by the Legislative
Branch, and force the Judiciary to cease and desist in its law making and
law breaking activities! Return to the states all authority belonging to the
states, retaining only those specifically delineated powers for the Federal
Government, and restoring to the people the rights and responsibilities of
citizenship!
Remove from the throat of our nation the heavy hand of the universal land
barons into whose clutching grasp your predecessors have given that which
was not theirs to give! Give us back our lands, our livelihoods, and our
honor! Allow us to be stewards over that which is rightfully ours, and take
care to mind your own store before attempting to exert undue authority over
that belonging to another!
