-Caveat Lector- Maybe this explains why some people think the death of a political opponent is so hilarious--just following the example of their hero and emulating him like good little sheople. Whose funeral was it where Clinton was giggling upon exiting and when he realized he was on camera, he did a "face correction" that should embarrass an 8 year old? Was that Ron Brown? We have had God smite Bush & give Cheney leprosy and it suggested Bush kill himself and Jayson has the ammo (no thanks to current administration, BTW) and Bush and his brother routinely make human sacrifices and Bush Sr, and GW and Cheney drug and rape a 6 year old and her mother, not to even mention the obsession with the proportions of Cheney's penis. Now not only have I noticed a complete lack of interest in the proportions of Leiberman's penis on the part of the Conservatives/Republicans/Libertarians, I have not seen one post the equal of these in viciousness and and mean-spiritedness, despite Nessie saying the list fairly "drips" of it. The closest I can think of is the "Clinton Death Count" and he is not a current candidate. Yes, Mike, I know--Conservatives "whine" while Liberals make "insightful social commentary" and I should lighten up, etc. It is just that it all sounds the same to my untrained ear. :) And daily we are told how uncaring and "not nice" the C/R/L's are by these very same people. Guess it is sort of like hate crimes--you cannot commit one against a white person and there is no inconsistency in being as nasty as one can about a group while stating they are the nasties. I just hate inconsistency! No, I am NOT advocating any form of censorship--far from it--everybody post away. Just had to comment on a little discrepancy that keeps happening. Like Chelsea being off limits and it being "cruel" to make jokes about her by these already going after Jenna Bush. So let's all be as nasty and rude to each other as we can and say the most despicable thinks we can about political opponents. I am sure we are making some Elites very happy. And I DO need to lighten up--guess that means be equally nasty. I love good humor like Woody Allen, George Carlin, Dennis Miller, even South Park but I just do not find much humor in death--the death of anybody, even politicians I do not support.
