-Caveat Lector- Amelia - Weather Program has been classified since 1965 - you will only find one book, The Weather Changers, that gives you idea what they are to do and it was published before being made classified. In the 50 period it was taking hold......in Viet Name, and this was printed in the Columbus Dispatch - the monsoons were brought on 5 or 6 months early so already using weather as a weapon. You find weather mod in a sense in the bible - those that sew the clouds will reap the whirlwind......this can be interpretted two ways but the deeper meaning is this spin when weather mod in full force. Our radar system was hooked up to this program someway......in 1986 and 87 I got into this stuff, and when very young in room with high miltary people (the last commodore was there - wonderful old man)......discussion about this program then - was called weather "control" and then changed to modification. It is my understanding that now the War Department has complete control over this program......note: Father Bush tried to tell Americans that this green house theory was a bunch of crap without letting loose with a secret....this weather control program aka modification - in Chinese papers you read of it all the time - and in USA lots of lawsuits have been filed. Over 100 years ago they seeded clouds but this stuff began becaue they wanted to save Florida from hurricanes, supposedly....the great experiment - secret to Bermuda Triangle. Some of his is what I think, rest is what I know for in 1987 I wrote letter to Editor on this which was published, surrunded by green house stuff....and a man, a physicist from Battele and others, called to ask where I got my information. The one man said hey, if your are going to get involved in this (he gave me great understanding) - he said at least, use the proper term (and then I knew I was in deep water) for the proper term is Weather Modification, not Weather Control anymore. But at the least someone who knew listened....Norm Olsen and JJ Johnson also appeared befre Harold Thompson some years later to do with Oklahoma or something, and at the end of their appearance the Senator promised to look into weather modificiation program, for in Montana the Montana Militia was checking this stuff out. But oh so secret - if a plain average citizen uch as my self can get onto this stuff - for when you have roses blooming in two feet of snow, in November, and thunder and lightning and great balls o fire hitting your evergreens and then the tempratuare in the following summer hitting 105 degrees.....well I thought there was grounds for some research and my memory going b ack to the 50 period when I as very young - well you would be surprised what one hears at a garden party - loose lips do sink ships.......even the corn had ears.
