The meaning of the 15th Amendment seems to
be clear, but it cannot be understood unless you
understand the true meaning of the 14th Amendment.
The 14th Amendment defines "citizens of the
United States". The 14th clearly states that
citizens are "subjects".
A King or Queen has "subjects".
The American Colonists got tired of being
"subjects" to the King of England and fought the
Revolutionary War to put an end to that.
Our original government was established on
the foundation that the People were Sovereign.
We the People were Sovereign.....not subjects.
At least we were not subjects until the
14th Amendment was passed.
We are not Sovereign anymore...we are Subjects.
Only Subjects have the right to vote under
the 15th Amendment.
Amendment XIV
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the
United States, and subject to the jurisdiction
thereof, are citizens of the United States
We are "subject to the jurisdiction..."
