I find it reprehensible that it takes a Constitutional Amendment to
secure what should be obvious: You can't take away a person's property
unless you convict them of a crime, or unless you compensate them for the
taking. The Police State is backed by teh Judicial System. Another
reason that I do not want Ashcroft in office.
