I first read about Downard in the book "60 Greatest Conspiracies,
etc..." Adam Parfrey of Feral House and Michael Hoffman have some more of
his writings.
The reason I recommend him is that his approach led me to my most
significant discoveries; for example, that Washington, D.C., lies along the
W. 77th Meridian, whereas U.S. Highway 77 connects Oklahoma City to Junction
City, Ks., and Herington, Ks., where McVeigh took off.
U.S. Highway 77 also passes by Dallas, Tx., and Waco, Tx. The Kennedy
assassination and the Oklahoma City bombing took place along the business
spurs of Highway 77 through the two cities.
Finally, this summer, George Walker Bush bought a ranch in Crawford,
McLennan County, Texas. The county seat again is Waco, right along Highway
77.
