Yes I am for the most extreme cases, but regarding Hackers we should be
reasonable and I would not consider using the capital punishment option
unless National Security was jeaporidised or lives were lost as a result of
the action by the hacker. But it may be a deterrent for serious hackers and
spies who are trying to sabotage the Internet or the networks of certain
countries or regions.
The next war may be fought on the Internet.
