Lawsuit to Stop Release of Photos
The sister and widow of Vincent Foster have filed documents to
intervene in my Freedom of Information Act lawsuit over photos of
Vincent Foster's body. They are represented by James Hamilton of
Swidler, Berlin, Shereff & Friedman, and G. Andrew Lundberg and
Belinda S. Lee of Latham & Watkins.
Their motion, including the new declarations of the sister and
