I am a simple layman but I say this - I could have represented that
little church and won the case for them......and anything I hate is a
jail house lawyer.
Now under Clinton there would have been bloodshed without a
doubt.....under Bush they simply proceeded according to the law at the
present time
Seems to me there should be a good lawyer out there who could represent
these people - most of the fines are penalties and interest - church
property is exempt from taxation so how do you lay a tax on a church for
usually there is a lein put upon the property first - how do you put
lein on tax exempt property according to law.
Salaries of nuns and priests, etc., come in forms of donations and this
is how Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton (who are probably white with fear
by now) lived off the charity of others.
The employees of this little church had no income tax or SS
withheld.....money came from donations which are tax free monies.
Or is there something missing from this story.....hopefully a good
attorney will come to their aid and find a way to put a stop to this
before it is too late......look at the money the Clintons stole, and 70
million dollars for legal fees because of a prostutute's affair with the
President - and this little church is persecuted?
If they had an attorney they did a lousy job for them........got to be
someway to - well look at Marc Rich so worried they would use RICO Act
and take his property?
Billions of dollars stolen and this little church lost to the IRS?
Peaceful protest does nothing in a court of law.....Wheels of justice
move slow but Justice for All has always been my motto and equal
protection of the law .......
Why haven't they gone after Jesse Jackson and Sharpton and Clinton and
Rich - see them confiscating any of their property on the drawing board?
