A copy of Blackbourne's report was just released under the FOIA a few weeks ago because of a lawsuit by Reed Irvine's Accuracy in Media, with John Clarke representing AIM in court. I just got my copy of the report a few days ago. It is only about 5 pages long. In the report he states that he discussed the x-rays of Foster with the autopsy doctor.
