This is really weird. I believe Robert Novak stole Carter's notes on the
forthcoming presidential debate, and George Will used them to tutor Reagan.
Neither Novak nor Will was indicted. I guess it's the same old, same old
story. Republicans do it and it's youthful high spirits or whatever;
Democrats do it and it's evidence of moral depravity. Prudy
