dear friends
i'm in a dangerous situation now. the police started
investigationg the "anti compulsory military service"
website which i and some other anarchists launched
earlier this month.
as you may know, korea has been witnessing a massive
witch hunt against so-called harmful-to-society
websites. this witch hunt has been being lead by the
police's cyber squad for months now. they regard
websites about suicide, explosives, and anti
compulsory military service as harmful, and thus the
police have been using any means necessary to shut
down those websites and arrest the webmasters and
members of the websites.
this news can be found in newspapers. the police say
it's against the law to establish anti military
service website, because it disseminates agitations
and propaganda in orer to lure young people into
avoiding the duty of defending the state.

the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency have started
investigating three 'shirks Web sites' which advocate
shirking military service.
Typical mandatory military service in Korea runs 26
months for all able-bodied males.
