Please note, there is no authority given to the US Federal Government which gives it the authority to prevent oil exploration ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Then Please read the 10th amendment to the United states constitution. In the absence of authority given to the United States Government which would restrict oil exploration or ANY OTHER MINERAL DEVELOPMENT,the authority goe to the states or the people of any state. Why doesn't somebody in ALASKA go into Federal court and file a 10th amendment lawsuit against the FEderal Government?????
