Pluto turns direct once a year. Pluto (terrorism active, criminal
elements, dark side) goes direct on August 16th. Pluto is in Sagitarius
(foreigner, alien). During the period August 15 - August 17, Saturn
turns retrograde (cruelty). The combination of Saturn and Pluto turning
in this way means an explosive physical type event. �Taurus, Scorpio,
Gemini and Sagittarius should be EXTRA careful. Consult your own sources
for this effect on you. An eclipse begins on August 21. From August 21
to Sept 11th is a period when people can expect significant events
(solar eclipse period). Watch August 21, August 24, Sept 4-6, etc. The
time of the lunar eclipse, August 7, was the period in which the two
African bombings happened. �August 23 begins a period when a number of
aspects shift to 29 degree relationships until November 28 �(see

THE shuttle Discovery came within inches of catastrophe as it lifted off
with the veteran astronaut John Glenn aboard on Thursday, United States
space officials admitted yesterday.
An aluminium door, which ripped off on the launch pad, hit a rocket
engine less than a foot from a vital hydrogen cooling line. Had the door
pierced the pipe, the results could have been "disastrous", said Jeff
Bantle, mission operations director. The 11 lb door covers the drag
parachute which slows Discovery on landing. The US National Aeronautics
and Space Administration has deployed its "Tiger Team" of investigators
- first used during the ill-fated Apollo 13 Moon mission - to discover
why the door fell off during engine ignition. Officials are anxious to
find out if the parachute is damaged or could deploy prematurely on

US Attack on Attackers Spawns More Attacks and Attackers�("Who could
have guessed?")
Who in their right mind would conduct an attack when Mercury is
retrograde and during an eclipse? Since the effect is known, one can
only conclude that factions in the US Government did this precisely to
cause blowback onto the US, on purpose. Mercury being retrograde when
the US bombed Afghanistan and Sudan at the same time as the solar
eclipse (Aug 21) will mean the whole effort will backfire and the US
will pay a VERY HEAVY price at this action. This set up the
predisposition for terrorism in the United States. There is a strong
probability that by September 6, 1998 something will happen.
Anthrax appears to be a possible means to get back at the United States,
as well as bombs. We now have been thrown into a fight between
governments that will last for years, because this thing happened on an
eclipse. There is a phenomenon associated with eclipses, in that they
square their own position 3 months after the actual eclipse, 6 months
later it opposes itself, at 9 months it squares itself again, and at 12
months it conjuncts the original position of the eclipse. Every three
months after an eclipse there is a major triggering effect, so since
this bombing took place we can expect terrorist attacks on November 21,
1998 (square), Feb 21, 1999 (opposition), May 21, 1998 (square) and
again around August 21, 1999 (conjunction).

there begins the third eclipse in a row in 1998 - a lunar eclipse period

98, Mar 99, June 99, Sept 99). On October 12 Neptune (deception, alien,
bioweapons) and on October 19 Uranus (rebellion, the unexpected) go into

There is a period of "concern" which appears from October 26 through
November 30 because Saturn goes 29 degrees in Aries, Neptune goes 29
degrees Capricorn, and they Square each other.
Between October 29 - October 30, the Moon goes 29 degrees Aquarius,
which could be the trigger for other events. Remember Oct 29, 1929, the
Stock
Market Crash.
(*)�October features 2 major planets turning direct in motion -
Neptune at critical 29 Capricorn on Oct 12 and Uranus at 8 Aquarius on
Oct 19. Among many other things, Neptune rules aliens and Uranus rules
the craft they travel in. Moving direct in motion means these matters
are free to do so as well. This makes the Alex Collier heralded
Andromedan mass fly-over a more likely probability on/after these dates
rather than before. Before these dates would be the Andromedan planning

(for the last time), water heaters, water pumps, plumbing and gas leaks

in Sagittarius, that means foreign complications. When the bombing
occurs, Pluto will be at 6 Sagittarius which is conjunct the US 7th cusp

There was a Solar eclipse on Feb 26 at 7 Pisces. The 9 month mark to

December 11. This phase happens 3 times per year. It will touch
everyone. Communications problems will be abundant - computer glitches
and bugs far more than usual; appointments cancelled or forgotten;
mental confusion; misunderstandings; lost mail; car trouble and more.
Contracts signed during this period may contain flaws or be regretted
later. New projects or partnerships will eventually fail if initiated
during this period. Caution and care will help you overcome the worst of
these events. Haste will increase the chance of the worst. The effects
of this Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius will be felt before the 21st
as the retrograde begins to take hold. This is neither a good time to

the status quo in DC. However Uranus did square the Moon on Tuesday
which brought some unexpected (Uranus) upsets (square) to the

governer (good for him and the residents of MN).
Jessie Helms clone,Sen.Lauch Faircloth (NC), a christian radical, got
the boot in an unexpected, but welcome, upset. Alphonse D'Amato was
tossed out in NY by Chuck Shummer, Carol Mosley-Braun lost her bid to a
second Senate term, and Barbara Boxer (CA) and Senator Murray (WA) won
re-elections that weren't expected. Uranus (rebellion and freedom) was
the planet responsible for defeating christian radical/militant
candidates in CA (Gov/Senator/House), WA(Senator), AL(Gov), NC(Senator),
FL(Senator), SC(Gov) to name a few significant races. Congressperson
Sanchez(CA) is expected to defeat Bob 'Beelzabub' Dornan in a very

The US horoscope has 7 Sagittarius on the 7th house of enemies. Note:
December is the month of Sagittarius (as oppose to the sign of Sag
starting in late Nov and ending late Dec). Pearl Harbor was Dec 7, the
degree/month of the sign of US enemies on the move. Pluto, currently 5
Sagittarius, will move to 7 Sag
in early November and stay there until early Dec.
Pluto is sinister, terrorism, nukes, Dark Side, transformation and the
Phoenix effect. Pluto at 7 Sag, for the US, is the reason. Now there
just needs to be a trigger to set it off (Moon placement/eclipse or
similar). Keep an eye out. This IS significant.

With release of hidden information about anti-Arab/anti-black ethnic
biological weaponry, Neptune, ruler of things hidden and biological
weaponry, is still at critical 29 Capricorn. 29 is always a crisis

ready for use as this planet of biological warfare moves into

The Stock Market Prospectus
Sept 1, 1998
When the government spy satellite blew up last month, NASA said, "We
have an anomoly".
No, it blew up! Now the stock market is crashing (Aug 27-present) and
"we have a correction". No, it's crashing. There is no reason to
mis-state the obvious other than fear.
The lunar eclipse in mid-August at 15 Aquarius opposed the 15 Leo Uranus
(in the Stock Exchange horoscope) causing instability in liquid assets,
investments and holdings. As the Uranus is on the dark side of the 2nd
house of these matters, something was brewing, the set-up for the huge
solar eclipse.
In the horoscope of the NY Stock Exchange, the Sun (vitality) is 27
Taurus.
The solar eclipse of 28 Leo in August squares that point from the profit
second house. Eclipses wipe away/do away with matters where they occur.
The developing crash began 6 days after the solar eclipse (refer to
eclipse activity comments - 3,6,9 days/months). Transiting Neptune is
weeping 29 Capricorn being quincunxed by the eclipse. Reorganization,
weeping, crisis in the established firms but deception is Neptune. What
else is transpiring?
The eclipse sextiles the market Neptune of 27 Libra - deception is
easily used in not facing reality, ie 'It's only a correction'.

Although the market may rally for a while, the future is not rosey for
