They have a gas that they gas you with during your sleep and then they come into your home and perform the injections of you and inject implants that make the sounds your describing. This system is capable of monitoring you anywhere on earth and was designed in America during the 1970's and is used against millions of people to monitor and control them. The use of these devices monitors corporations and political candidates that they don't own or control and is even used to monitor people working for them in corporations they do own or control. Newspapers and magazines they don't own are also controlled and monitored using these same devices as are elections and people voting to some degree. Freedom no longer exist in western countries and those in power plan on staying in power. The faces may change but the people behind them are always the same and in control using these devices. With the use of these devices you are monitored from birth to your death with everything in-between being recorded electronically for them to use against you if they ever need to remove you or discredit you. If your death is necessary then they just turn up the power to a level that they can decide when your body and mind will break down and cause your death and all of this can be done at the turning of a knob. Author: Charles Schlund Date: Apr 19, 2001 09:22 PDT In 1977 I read the CIA, DEA, NSA, FBI and other files that George Bush had removed from the agencies to protect corruption in the government while Jimmy Carter was president. In these files was the designing and testing of all the new kinds of bugging devices including the ones that would and were being used on our military personnel. These files were removed by George Bush who was the director of the CIA under orders of the Vice President Nelson Rockefeller. George Bush had always worked for the Rockefeller family and was always CIA. The devices designed for our troops were an injectable device that was very small. The devices was usually injected into the arm or butt of person being monitored. In combat most key personnel would be injected so the CIA could monitor the battle from behind the battle lines or from anywhere in the world. The devices could not be turned off in case an enemy found out about them and tried to disable them. The devices were capable of monitoring the battle field and could hear all sounds on the battle field allowing the CIA to monitor every thing. The devices caused a wide range of illnesses like Fatigue, Depression, Nausea, Diarrhea, Rashes, Vision problems and so on. The CIA had concluded that these illnesses were tolerable and that adrenaline during battle would beat back the Fatigue and Depression and that the troops could still function well in battle. We now call these illnesses the Gulf War Illness and Agent Orange Illness. In civilian life these illnesses are the same if the devices are injected into the arm or butt of the targeted person. When the devices are injected into the neck of the target then sounds from the devices are also present and other pains can be controlled by those operating the devices. The nerves for the entire body have to pass down the neck making them controllable to some degree from the implants. The Vagus nerve is usually where the device is injected giving the people controlling the device the ability to torture the targeted person. In civilian life the Illnesses are called by many names but are all caused by the use of these same devices. Some of the civilian names for the symptoms of these devices are Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Yuppie Flue, Epstein Barr Virus, Tinnitus, Arthritis, Depression and so on. It is true that these illnesses are also naturally occurring in the general population but not to anywhere near the numbers that these diseases are present in America. These disease are almost unknown in other countries where the CIA does not massively inject implants like Russia and China.
