Previously known as the *Bullwhiz* Arkansas' *Briefing Notebook* serves as a rumour clearinghouse, bulletin board and journalism review for Arkansas journalists, broadcasters, advertising biz types and public relations flacks. Consisting mainly of tips and responses from the loyal Bullwhiz pool of readers, many of the more biting barbs mix the messages of seperate stories as easily as a metaphor, and today's offering regarding hopeful drug-tasting Czar Asa Hutchinson was just one such: ***As everyone knows, you cannot fly out of Arkansas with out going some place else first. We understand that Congressman Asa Hutchinson has complained to a colleague about the difficulty of flying to Fort Smith from DC. Of course as Drug Czar Hutchinson, he will have a confiscated plane at his disposal. The problem is that when the plane flies into Arkansas it automatically lands in Mena.*** It appears the new *drug czar* is going to be a running joke in his home state.
