The first paragraph of the article tells us that this is a RURAL area...so a woman just happened to be strolling near the house? Did she have a cellphone with which she called for help -- why else was a deputy on hand to 'rescue' her (if the deputy wasn't nearby, one would expect much greater injury -- perhaps critical injuries -- from someone attacked by 27 vicious canines in a rural area far from help)? Who informed the deputy that this woman was in need of help? I suspect someone wants the land on which this family is living...
