No case to answer in my view, both the logic and extention of such
arguments are extremely poor.
Actually, I would have thought that it would be the more 'literalist'
branches of creationism that would be upset here. Not only does Satan as
entity not exist outside Christian doctrine (and as such, only a Christian
can be a Satanist ?) - we are led to believe that it was in accepting to
taste the Apple in Eden that lead us astray - not the apple istelf ?
