Wes, based on the fact that the woman was receiving several drugs for
depression including Haldol, it is interesting to note that the HAARP
magnetometer indicated a large magnetic distrubance peaking at about
5:40am CDT (Local Houston Time) on the Wednesday June 20th, the
morning of the murders, and an even larger magnetic disturbance on
5:05am CDT Monday June 18. (See attached images or visit HAARP
Magnetometer archive):

I have observed this same pattern of one or more large disturbances
indicated on the same day and sometimes a few days preceeding, mass
murders. It may be just a coincidence, or there be may be some connection
between magnetic disturbances and/or HAARP, and violent acts
committed by individuals on psychotropic medications, especially
antidepressants, many of which contain fluorine.

It certainly suggests the posibility that certain individuals might be targeted
for mind control using HAARP, if the magnetic distrubances are caused by
HAARP emissions that are being targeted toward the area in question,
perhaps with cooperation of other sites (i.e. HAARP creates the reflecting
dish in the ionosphere, other sites send RF signals that bounce off the
ionosphere directed to the target area.)
