Any country that did not jump on the bandwagon on this one would have to be far out of 
the loop.  The fact that other countries are doing the same thing should not be a 
surprise to anyone.  There are dollars to be made spying on people, and the 
governments are in it for the gain, for them and their homegrown corporations.
