Or, more accurately, an email was sent PURPORTEDLY from Chandra Levy.
There is no way to know if Chandra actually typed the email and pressed
the 'Send' key herself, or if someone signed into her ISP using her ID
and password and composed a counterfeit email to her mother. Chandra
Levy may in fact have 'disappeared' by this time, and this email was sent
to delay her mother getting suspicious...
Since this email seems to have been skimpy on details regarding the
supposed flight home, one does have to suspect that it indeed may not
have been composed and sent by Chandra herself...
