Sherman Skolnick, the Chicago nemesis of crooked judges, has an interesting theory about Chandra Levy and Monica Lewinski (you remember Monica don't you)? He thinks both may be agents of the Israeli spy agency Mossad. Before rejecting the theories out of hand, let's take a look. The thing about a valid theory is that it must account for all the known facts. In both cases there are a lot of unanswered questions that could knock the theories into a cocked hat. On the other hand, some of the reported "facts" might make more sense within the spy theory. We know that Monica got her intern assignment because of her mother's influence, but how did she get a top secret security clearance. Even more puzzling is how did she keep it and get such a sensitive assignment at the Pentagon when she was "exiled" from the White House? Who at the Pentagon did she seduce and become pregnant with requiring an abortion? Did Mossad really stumble onto Bill and Monica's "phone sex" while bugging Bob Dole, or were they already plugged in? What were the papers she "lifted" from Ken Bacon's office? There are other questions but these few make you wonder who her real sponsor was. As for Chandra, let's start with the similarities. Her father, as is Monica' s, is a wealthy Jewish ontologist. Both fathers are significant donors to Democrat causes. However we don't know who sponsored Chandra to get her internship nor how she ended up at the Bureau of Prisons. It seems to be a recurring phenomenon in major stories that "facts" reported early on are never mentioned again (at least by the "major" media), e.g. the other bombs at OKC that everyone saw and heard reported on live TV but now are non-existent. First reports were that Chandra had a "boyfriend" in the FBI. We are now deluged with information about her affair with Congressman Gary Condit but no further mention of the FBI. Isn't it possible that both reports are true? Another fact the media shies away from is Condit's membership on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. This is not a routine assignment. Members of that committee are carefully selected. Many of its members, while now members of congress, come from the CIA or one of the other organizations in the intelligence community. While Condit has no reported ties to intelligence, other than his committee membership, it would seem reasonable to believe that the CIA/FBI has some kind of hold over him to keep him in line. Perhaps it would be something like his ties to the Hell's Angels. He reportedly helped celebrate the birthday of one gang member who is a cop killer. It is also reasonable to believe the intelligence community would have a watchdog monitoring activities of committee members. Someone like say Terry Lenzner, Bill Clinton's private eye charged with investigating impeachment committee members. Lenzner himself has an interesting background. In a deposition before Larry Klaman's Judicial Watch, Lenzner admitted when a private attorney he had defended Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, even suing the U. S. Senate in Gottlieb's behalf. Gottlieb, of course, was the mastermind and director of the CIA's MK-Ultra mind control program. But is (was?) Chandra a Mossad spy who set out to insinuate herself into the confidence of a FBI official and a member of the House Intelligence Committee? If so, what happened to cause her to lose her job and Condit to break off the relationship in approximately the same time frame? One could theorize that somehow her Mossad connection was exposed resulting in immediately being fired from her intern job and instructions to Condit to break off the relationship and start a cover-up. The excuse that she had "earned" her degree several months earlier making her ineligible for an internship seems weak at best. She may have earned the degree but it had not yet been awarded. That's the reason she was getting ready to go to California before she was fired. Alternatively, obtaining the internship and winding up at the Bureau of Prisons could be entirely innocent. However, one supposition would fit either scenario. Chandra could very well have learned something that made her dangerous to the establishment. What major event was unfolding during Chandra's tenure at the Bureau of Prisons? The answer, the on again, off again, on again dance over the execution of Timothy McVeigh. One of the tantalizing "facts" that appeared once and once only to this writer's knowledge was a report that a Dr. Louis Jolyn West had visited McVeigh several times in prison. If true, this could be significant. Dr. West is alleged to have CIA ties and is deeply involved in mind control experiments. He is on the faculty at UCLA where he tried to establish a center for "the study of violence" in the 1970's. The center's specialty would have been psychosurgery, a melting of brain connections, supposedly to curb people's "violent tendencies." He is also on the Board of Directors of the False Memory Syndrome Foundation with several other members with CIA or military intelligence ties. Chandra may have accidentally acquired information that could verify Dr. West's visits to McVeigh and mentioned it to Condit or someone else who reported it to superiors. This would immediately make her "radioactive" and trigger the same reactions her exposure as a Mossad agent would have. We probably will never know the truth unless Chandra is found, alive. If her body is found, odds are it will be ruled a suicide regardless of what the evidence shows. Permission is granted to reproduce this article in its entirety.
