Concentration camps would be underground, not on the surface where they are easily
photographed by planes or satellites.
I suspect that there is currrently slave labor consisting of cloned humanoids in bases
underground. But that is too much for most to take so just think of 'Heaven and Hell'
as
we have been programmed to do for millinia.
