I am wondering who gave the polygraph test; we know it was a retired FBI
Agent - and does he have his own polygraphy agency?
Reason - back in 1979 in Columubus, Ohio we had a Mayor who was accused
by his baby siitter of molesting her - the charge was sodomy.
Needless to say people were shocked and finally this man, who was an
attorney, hired a private agency to administer a lie detector test - he
would not take the police test - needless to say also, he passed.
One problem - the little girl, who was 13 or 14 yers old - the police
administered a polygraph test and this little girl passed the police
test.
One thing I noted however, not many people knew - the agency who gave
the test did considerable private work for the law firm in which the
Mayor had been or still was a partner.
I know a gentleman also who has polygraph agency - retired Detective -
and he once told me how these tests can be manipulated, etc.
Not that I do not trust a former retired FBI Agent - but this guy is now
a private citizen out to make a buck and no doubt he is hired by a lot
of government agencies, etc., to conduct these tests.
It would seem like the case mentioned above - well one test said the
Mayor was innocent he did nothing to the young girl; but the little
inexperienced babysitter had also passed the test too.
So the Mayor was not indicted but the Grand Jury did something which it
had never done before - it let the Defendant, the Mayor, go before the
Grand Jury to plead his case and of course the little girl was not
afforded this special treatment almost like ex parte hearing?
Who is to say who lied? The father was angry and very upset - lthe
night in question the Mayor had been drinking.
This ruined the political career of this man - for the chances at the
time were good, he would be running for Govenor.
I would like to know if the police were involved in this test or was
this a typical independent lie detector test?
Once I sat in a court hearing and watched a man who did hand writing
analysis for the Secret Service who was treated like big
deal.....involved a big contractor saying we had forged signatue on our
petitions.
So I was sitting there and listening to this man testify - and he
dropped his work for the Secret Service twice, and this sounded so
impressive as for his qualification - right?
I was sitting there half asleep, it was so boring - when suddenly I
heard him say something and then more - and without thinking I said "Why
- he's lying".....everybody froze, my friend elbowed me - but our
attorney froze and looked at me and then went after that guy and made a
fool out of him, for he then recognied the fact that this man had been
hired by the contractor and he had no official connection with the
Secret Service and he was slanting his findings to suit his master.
We won the case - but all this respect being shown this man was beyond
belief.......
So who was this FBI guy - 30 years experience in polygraph work? So my
friend had 30 years in polygraphy work when he told me, that tests can
managed.....
Do I think Condit killed Chandra? No - hopefully she is getting some
good old fashined revenge......do I believe Condit had sexual relations
with this black woman - no, not if he rode with the Hells Angels.
Wonder if Eastern Stars, the busy bodies are at work here?
Regardless, Condit has had it.
