Oh come off it. When did you ever know blacks who were less intelligent than
whites? The problem is the ugly concept that most blacks entertain that
scholarly achievement is strictly for whitey. If some genuine black leader
comes forward who can convince blacks that their scholarly achievement will
put whitey in the back seat, you will notice a real sea change. Of course
our politicians simply love to have a self-situating underclass. There's
nothing like having people who will never compete for jobs and income. They
are so controllable. It gets even better if they are dumb enough to get into
drugs. Then they will never be a threat. It's like having a volunteer
