committed suicide while on a Thanksgiving leave from this mind control
palace. This, after a year spent prostrate on the couch in his office at the
Post with a bottle of liquor in his hand, burbling that the CIA was trying
to kill him.)
Butner was the foremost mind control facility in the country at one
time. Larry Flynt was incarcerated there. Mae Brussell's son was also held
at Butner.
In The Covert War Against Rock, I got into Butner queen Sally Johnson:
"Mind control researchers have long pointed to [MD] Chapman1s relationship
with World Visions, an evangelical charity that boasted John Hinckley, Sr.,
CEO of Vanderbilt Energy Corp., an oil exploration company. Hinckley was a
close friend of George Bush, one path to the CIA.[9] (As in the Chapman
case, CIA psychiatrists were summoned to evaluate John Hinckley, Jr. after
his assault on Ronald Reagan. The prosecution1s psychiatric expert was Dr.
Sally Johnson, currently chief of psychiatric services at the Butner Federal
Correctional Institute in North Carolina�for decades one of the foremost CIA
mind control facilities in the country. Dr. Johnson surfaced in the news
weeklies in January, 1998 when she examined accused Unabomber Theodore
Kacynzski�a subject of Agency-sponsored mind control experimentation while a
student at Harvard�for the court. Her appearance raises the distinct
possibility that the Unabomber was programmed. Dr. Johnson was called after
Kacynzski tried to fire his attorneys and represent himself in court.)"
Charles Hayes [see:

"is now incarcerated at Butner NC (along with Jonathan Pollard, Edwin Wilson
and other ex-spook types). Hayes' appeal of his stiff 10-year sentence for
his railroaded 1997 conviction on supposed murder-for-hire charges is now
pending with the Sixth Circuit. The whole process had been interminably
delayed, and possibly compromised, by the sudden and strange death of the
lawyer's healthy wife."
Somewhere around here, I have old CIA documents about expenditures for
mind control experimentation at Butner and elsewhere.
