-Caveat Lector- Yesterday in the grocery store, I read the tabloid articles on Chandra in the Star and Globe. I then did NOT purchase them and so cannot remember which one it was but it contained an article suggesting that Condit takes all sorts of sex-enhancing drugs and especially a cocktail of Viagra, Ecstacy and amyl nitrate. According to this 'story' for there was not proof, Chandra also took this potion and as a result, could have died of heart failure during or after having sex. Naturally Condit would not want his experimentation with drugs exposed as well as his affairs and therefore he disposed of the body. Now they keep saying there can be no crime without a body but that is not true for what about the State of New York and the Dr. Bierbauer (not sure of the name) who was convicted of disposing of his wife's body after murdering her by throwing it out of his airplane? How about Florida vs Crain where the body was used as bait in crab traps? This case does allow for all sorts of imaginings, but I am beginning to wonder if, like Jon Benet, it will just slowly fade away into obscurity. ~Amelia~ ----- Original Message ----- From: "MIKE SPITZER" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Sunday, August 26, 2001 2:27 AM Subject: [CTRL] NM: Lawyer Describes Condit's Kinky Distinguishing Characteristics -Caveat Lector- With Carl Limbacher and NewsMax.com Staff For the story behind the story... Saturday Aug. 25, 2001; 10:13 a.m. EDT Lawyer Describes Condit's Kinky Distinguishing Characteristics Borrowing a page from Paula Jones' sexual harassment lawsuit against Bill Clinton, a lawyer for flight attendant Ann Marie Smith said Friday she could prove she was intimate with embattled Congressman Gary Condit by describing one of Condit's private physical characteristics. "How many women who haven't slept with him know that he shaves his entire body hair?" Smith's attorney Jim Robinson told the New York Daily News. During Condit's interview the night before with ABC's Connie Chung, Condit denied that he and Smith had had "a relationship" and accused her of fabricating the claim to sell to the tabloids. But Robinson's allusion to Condit's kinky personal grooming habits, combined with his client's apparently accurate description of the inside of the congressman's Washington, D.C. apartment, had Condit's superlawyer Abbe Lowell backpedalling Friday night. "I know (Condit's answer) came out like a flat denial and I think one of those things I can do is clear it up," Lowell told CNN's "Larry King Live." "Look, the exchange (between Condit and Chung) was going hot and heavy at that point and she was asking about the affidavit and she was asking about lawyers, and then, did you have a relationship?" "And I think the 'No' came out and the 'No' may not have applied to what it looks like it applied to." In addition to Condit's bizarre body hair fetish, Robinson said his client could also describe "every inch" of the apartment where Condit and Smith had sex. "He's got no pictures on any walls, and everything is done in black and white," the attorney said. In 1994, Paula Jones claimed that she could prove ex-President Clinton had exposed himself to her by indentifying his "distinguishing characteristics." Four years later, attorneys for Jones revealed that her description included the claim that Clinton had abnormally small and disfigured genitalia. Former Clinton girlfriend Gennifer Flowers partially corroborated Jones description, when she revealed to WABC Radio a year earlier, "The president has a small penis." www.ctrl.org DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER ========== CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list.
