It is that the Israeli have learned that they can kill off the Palestinians
if they do it gradually and scream about terrorisn as they go. Since death
is probably more pleasant than living under Israeli rule, even the
Palestinians are likely to stop complaining about the Israeli methods. The
United States will certainly not complain. Israel is a good customer for our
weapons, and a large number of voters are also citizens of Israel. It's
turning into a kinder, gentler holocaust isn't it? Prudy
