-Caveat Lector-

So, politically correct is making a governmental mandate as to actions.
If you look at religion not as moralistic but as a way to teach teamwork,
collaboration, sportsmanship, and the potential of providing another peer
group. Instead of sex being 'moral', it is a sport that if done with a person
that respects themselves and you can be fun. The moral aspect of sex
is the contract or oath that you take. Any sport should have rules and
the capability of being able to say no. The moral aspect of marriage
is not sex or even playing musical partners but in the oath that you
have taken to the other person on how you will honor that marriage.
If you have taken a marriage oath to cleave only to that person and
then play musical partners then you have broken that oath to the person
and to the religious organization (church or synagogue) that married you.

Laws do not teach they only enforce or protect if you are capable of
defining the law. Teaching this is something that goes way beyond a
school or a teacher. For a teacher to define a parent's or child's philosophy
is ludicrous, and since a person redefines their philosophy every day from
birth on the definition would be subjective.

Court politics would require that everything stays balanced, other wise a
monopoly is created. It appears that the US government is stomping all
over the first amendment rights to the determent of the US investment.

"The science of government it is my duty to study, more than all
other sciences; the arts of legislation and administration and
negotiation ought to take the place of, indeed exclude, in a
manner, all other arts. I must study politics and war, that
our sons may have liberty to study mathematics and
philosophy. Our sons ought to study mathematics and
philosophy, geography, natural history and naval
architecture, navigation, commerce and agriculture
in order to give their children a right to study
painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary,
tapestry and porcelain."
