Well if they just don't go to Dunkin Doughnuts and talk for five minutes, do
they not know where they're shooting? These guys are the Keystone Kops, but
they've got a lot of live ammunition and they're dangerous. To make matters
even worse, they don't seem to be very good shots. Whenever we see the
police practicing their shooting on television, they're just wonderful, but
in the real situations, they tend to do very poorly. It's interesting to
note that they deliberately burned this guy and his dog to death. Revenge is
mine, sayeth the International Brotherhood of Police.
