Such as the prohibition against wearing clothes made of mixed fibers....or making sure that one's toilet is a certain distance outside of the city walls... Not to mention the complicated ritual all men are commanded to follow to cleanse themselves after any emission of semen... When all these OTHER Levitical laws are pointed out to these thumpers, their usual response is that Jesus removed the need to adhere to Levitical commandments; but they then still fail to explain why they continue to uphold the one Levitical statement regarding homosexuality (and I have an article written by a rabbinical scholar who claims that it only applies to Jews living in Israel and to no one else). Some of them sometimes turn to a passage in Romans where Paul mentions homosexuality...ignoring the fact whether Paul was really a heretic who twisted Jesus' teachings to start his own church (Jesus' surviving disciples couldn't abide him), the WHOLE passage they refer to also mentions liars, gossipers, thieves, murderers, etc. So it is still a case of selectively CHOOSING just one aspect of the greater whole...ignoring the greater aspect to focus in on one minor part...
