Now imagine modern reality:
1966 Anew born named Steve Wilson gets electrodes AKA Jose Delgado style
implanted in his brain as a new born, through out his life and especially
after 1984
he gets subject to non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation effects, via
directed energy experiments as in RADAR from low flying aircraft and pulsed
bio-effects via pulsed AC.
He gets tumors on his head and staph infection near the/at the implanted
montages.
He cant find work cause people think he's contagious.
His memory and brain get cooked. In 1996 24 hour a day SYNTEL (synthetic
telepathy) is used to interrogate and insult him where ever he moves people
get paid to subject him to torture and 24 hour a day mindcontrol.
