My husband said he's had a very hard time getting to any web sites,
very slow connections, even with a T1 line. I haven't noticed a slowing
down, but my sister near Philly who has AOL can't get online because
the phone circuits are busy. The only NYC station that is not on the
air right now is WNYC, also the WNYC radio station (NPR) is down.
