We report the following information: - U.S. Troops have just left from Puerto Rico to the Panama Canal. (This, on the heels of our report about U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell's secret visit to Panama and to the Howard Air Base near the canal last week). - Powell was in Lima, Peru, this morning, and was evacuated from the National Palace there. - One press report places U.S. president George Bush at a military base in Louisiana, on the Gulf of Mexico. Of course, we do not know the significance or relation of these reports to the global events in process.
