Now, thanks to last week's horrors, the CIA, with its unbroken record of misses and no-hitters, is being re- authorized to use unreliable agents with criminal backgrounds and to undertake covert operations Cold-war-style such as those which got them into big trouble with Congress decades ago. And our fuzzy-headed and dishonest FBI --only a couple of weeks after Congress threatened to disband it as incompetent--will wind up getting domestic powers J. Edgar never dreamed of. There goes the neighborhood (again).
