A Memorial has been built where the Murrah Federal
Building once stood in downtown Oklahoma City.
There is a large granite slab with the time of
the 1995 explosion engraved on it.
It reads simply: "9:03 A.M."
That is the exact time that the second jetliner
hit the World Trade Center in New York.
