15:20 2001-09-29 ANDREI KRUSHINSKI: AMERICAN ARBITRARINESS Taking into account the haste of many countries’ governments with which they declare their loyalty concerning the "War on Terrorism," one could understand that the whole world is trembling at the thought of a new threat of “American arbitrariness." Though it equally dangerous both to the side with the terrorists and to the side with international police as well. The evidence of this is the recent outbreak of leucaemia among NATO militaries, the heroes of the anti-Serb crusade of 1999. Below, there is a kind of instruction for politicians and peoples of the countries that offer to the American international police their air space, military bases, and airports. Serial murdering with “bloodless weapon” Thanks to their super power, depleted uranium’s core can pierce armour like paper. Though its main effect comes later, after 80 percent of the uranium substance becomes an aerosol cloud in the atmosphere and radio-active alpha-particles accumulate on fields, in rivers, and in ponds. According to British scientist R.Cohill, already over the last several years, at least 10,000 people have become mortally infected. And they will die of leucaemia and cancer (a bloodless death). At first, Germans were leading in using the bloodless weapon of mass annihilation (during WWI they used yperit; during WWII, gas cells. At the same time, the Japanese were concentrating on bacteria. Since August of 1945, the US became the leaders: most of 400 thousand victims in Hiroshima and Nagasaki died bloodlessly, as a result of radiation. Fighting fleas, flies, spiders… In January 1952, Chinese troops in Korea were infected by flies, fleas, and spiders that were not typical for Korea. Later, they were registered on Chinese territory. That was the first evidence of Americans using bacteriological weapons, supported with depositions of American pilots who dropped bombs with this filling. Once, the same bombs were constructed by Japanese group 731. The Chinese English-language newspaper "China Daily" devoted to this subject a whole edition. According to this newspaper, the Japanese group that was working on bacteriological weapons in northeastern China in 1932-45 conducted experiments on people. As a result, about 3000 of the Chinese and prisoners of war from many countries were murdered. Though this group's leader, lieutenant-General Shiro Isii was rescued and rerecruited by Americans, and he started to prepare infected bacteria spread by insects and rodents. So, at the end of the Korean war, when the sides were already negotiating, the US decided to test their new weapon. Americans tried to change the situation on the battle-front using this method of pressure on China and North Korea. Only the Chinese leadership’s measures and total discipline of the Chinese nation averted the mass killing. The next step of the serial killers turned out to be more effective. Dioxin in hectoliters In the summer of 1999, during NATO's aggression against Yugoslavia, the whole world became alarmed with the report that in Belgium, where NATO’s headquarter is situated, food products contained dioxin. This substance is very harmful and ruins hormones. It modifies genetic mechanisms of cells and causes a weakened immunity, cancer formations, and discomposure of the nervous system. Advertising posters of imported food started to disappear. Specialists of sanitary inspection were carefully checking all the food goods imported from Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. Even small portions of dioxin are very dangerous. And in Vietnam, the US spread dioxin in hectoliters! During the period of 1962-71, the US used in Vietnam 70 million hectoliters of “agent orange” to annihilate leaves in the jungles where the bandits hid themselves. The leaves really disappeared! In addition, Vietnamese flora and fauna were ruined and hundreds of thousands of people were bloodlessly killed or crippled. About 700 thousand Vietnamese are suffering from illnesses caused by dioxin, including the children and grandchildren of the war's participants. Consequences in the whole world In May of 1999, workers from Thailand who were enlarging the runaway in Bangkok airport found a box with some chemicals that smelled bad. The specialists found that it was the “agent orange" that had been used by Americans about 25 years ago in the war against Vietnam. At that time, there was a military airport. Though it turned out that culprits were not responsible for it. They even relieved themselves of responsibility with special laws. As the Philippine senate addressed the US asking for the removal of toxic rubbish from two American military bases left in 1992, Mrs Sherry Goodman turned the request down, referring to amendments of 1988 to a special law. According to this amendment, the US can leave bases in the condition they were while they were held by the US. The same trouble exists in other Asian countries, like Japan and South Korea, where US military bases were situated. This is only the case with Asian nations; in Canada, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Great Britain, and the Netherlands, Americans agreed to cleanse the spots from toxic rubbish. The owners of this “bloodless” weapon of mass destruction do not have mercy either on their enemies or to their allies and on their people. Because former participants of the Vietnamese war, as well as that ones of Balkan events have become victims of “agent orange." Though the planned Afghan operation could have similar consequences.
