Carol Rutz, in her book "A Nation Betrayed," describes how an alter personality was created within her to hold all the anger and rage from the TORTURE the government experimenters put her through as a CHILD. This alter was created to have psychic gifts, and the psychic power & rage combined became "The Red Fire" which, with forced concentration on a target, was used to kill. This sounds like sci-fi, but it's not. Carol's book is excellent and chilling and thoroughly researched, with as much supportive CIA declassified dcoumentation as is available (parts that weren't destroyed by Richard Helms.) In other words, the government doesn't just have psychics who can find people, they have psychics who can kill. Americans should sleep well at night knowing their loving and protective government is resourceful enough to torture small children to ensure that these kinds of skills are available for National Security.
