Make note of what the idiots at Publishers Clearing House are doing...

What's to stop some nut from steaming open one of these mailings, replacing
the soap with anthrax, resealing the envelope and then relabling the
address to send to some target?

I think everyone should write 'REFUSED' on an PCH mailing they receive,
which would force the things to be mailed back to PCH at PCH's expense...
