You're right about the School of the Americas and the Institute that has now taken its place. Both should be called the SHAME of the Americas. In addition some major Jewish organization published a paper about the moral aspect of torture. I have it somewhere among my papers. It just happened recently I believe, so it is probably available on the internet. If you can't find it, I probably can.
