Douglas Small is director of marketing for AOL-Time Warner in Dulles, Va. On November 6th, the 38-year-old was talking with a friend by cell phone from his Northwest DC row house on 1st Street. He mentioned the contractor working on the home had just arrived, at 7:31 a.m. That's the last anyone has heard from Small. Friends became worried when he missed a meeting in Dulles later that morning. Colleagues say he is extremely punctual and reliable, and as far as they know, is not sick or depressed. Police say they have no leads.
