Hi Kris:
Thanks for sending this. McDougal is a former US Spec Forces guy who was
personally involved in the recovery of the Fort Santiago stash in the
mid-Eighties. He then wrote a book (Asian Loot) in which he artfully
propagated the myth that there was no Marcos gold. He subsequently wrote
another book saying there was Marcos gold and a lot of it. Not to be
trusted, I think.
