Good corporate CEOs are just now catching the drift
... John Fery and Lew Platt on the Board of Hewlett Packard tried like crazy to
keep Fiorina (Carly, whose legal first name is Carlton) from the position of
Chairman at Hewlett Packard -- they knew what's up -- Fery comes in behind CIA
messes and cleans them up and gets rid of the mob and problem people, like Bill
Agee out of Boise Cascade). Fery and Platt met with no success
in the Fiorina deal, and both resigned Dec. 1999. This lady has a keiretsu
history right up through the line ... she came up through Lucent ... handled
"global ops" and with Keiretsu interlocked boards, her objective in getting to
HP was to bring in the infected Compaq from Houston that is cross-haired
with Enron -- get even a step closer to "national defense and national
security" intelligence ... scientific and other equipment made by HP
...
In Nov. the Hewletts and Packards figured out what
was going on and are rumbling now to block the merger/takeover
of HP/Compaq.
Several of the Kleiner Perkins principals are
already defendants in more than one class action suit -- Brook Byers and L. John
Doerr ... the firms just announced they have "hundreds more cases to file"
-- they have been filing at a rate of more than 2/day ... Jeff Bezos has been
named in two actions, Amazon.com and Drugstore.com ... he's hit the bright
lights and is a "repeat offender" ... moves closer to RICO standards
...
I've been trying to learn the names of board
members of this Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers outfit -- other than
William Randolph Heast III (who on Nov. 3 resigned from the board of Excite@Home ... he had been a founding board
member of the Kleiner seeded At Home ... on the board with people like John C.
Malone and Norman Blake ...
As to Carlyle, indeed, Mr. Levitt knows about the
boys and the best way to learn more is to watch from inside ... he knows about
Kermit, he knows about Buttes Gas & Oil, he knows about drop-downs of funds
through Phoenix operations related to J. Carter Bacot (former Chairman of BoNY),
he knows even the Carlyle has joint ventured with an old "Triad" and Khashoggi
sink/laundry known as Triad Development, Inc. in Seattle ... he knows of the
joint venture of Triad with Carlyle to buy up Seattle real estate; and the
control of land in Napa County .... that Kermit's old Buttes Gas & Oil
subsidiaries and post office are likely under the control of The Vineyards at
Juliana (the former Buttes Gas & Oil property temporarily sucked into
Reunion Industries -- see 10K filed March 1996, about pages 69-72 for a list of
the "inactive subsidiaries" which were used by Kermit in his ops) which is now,
conveniently owned by Triad Development, Inc. through a shell name.
