1.  1985 -- who was DCIA?  William 
Casey.  Who was Deputy DCIA?  Was that Robert Gates, who reported to 
G.H. W. Bush? Buttes ducks, Carlucci sets up Carlyle Group, Peter G. 
Peterson sets up The Blackstone Group, Pug Winokur sets up "something" that is 
Enron ... waves of tech mergers overshadowed by Milken type of junk bond mergers 
and news about savings & loans ....


 


2.  1989 -- the money movement years ... when 
Robert Mueller was also named to head the criminal division of the department of 
justice in the event anyone got caught!  Money moved through Walt Disney 
Corp. by Bass Brothers among many other conduits during this year, parts to 
George H. W. Bush Pilgrim Investments, other parts by Neil Bush, the whole 
Silverado Savings milieu and others foreign and national.
